It funds ideas and projects that serve the public. We give grants to educational and community groups. This helps them solve a need in their area.
Technology-Enabled Learning Collaborative Program
Eligible applicants shall be domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entities with demonstrated and established experience in utilizing telehealth technologies to serve underserved populations. Faith-based, community-based organizations, and federally recognized tribes, urban tribes and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.
Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP)-Planning
You can apply if you are a domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entity.
“Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

Dental Faculty Loan Repayment
You can apply if you are: Aa Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) accredited program of general, pediatric, or public health dentistry in a public or private, nonprofit dental or dental hygiene school; or a CODA accredited residency or advanced education program in general, pediatric, or public health dentistry.

Telehealth Center of Excellence
Eligibleapplicants include rural or urban nonprofit entities that provide servicesthrough a telehealth network. Each entity participating in theapplicant's network may be a nonprofit or for-profit entity. Faith-based,community-based, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. Servicesmust be provided to rural areas, although the applicant can be located in anurban area.
Currentand former OAT Telehealth Network Grant recipients are eligible to apply forfunds through this announcement but must propose a project that differs insites/services/concept from the previously funded project.
