What a grant does
It funds ideas and projects that serve the public. We give grants to educational and community groups. This helps them solve a need in their area.

States with State Offices of Rural Health are eligible to apply. Only one applicant from each state is eligible, based on the designation of the governor.
All domestic public and private entities, nonprofit and for-profit, entities are eligible to apply. See NOFO for full eligibility requirements.
