Who can apply: Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization as those terms are defined in 25 U.S.C. 5304 (formerly cited as 25 U.S.C. 450b)) is eligible to apply. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are eligible to apply.

Academic institutions, non-profit organizations including faith-based organizations, and those eligible for funding under Parts A-D of TItle XXVI of the Public Helath Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009.

Faith-based, community-based organizations, and federally recognized tribes, urban tribes and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.
