These types of domestic* organizations may apply:
- State, county, city, township, and special district governments, including the District of Columbia, domestic territories, and freely associated states
- Native American tribal governments
- Native American tribal organizations

Nursing Workforce Development (NWD)
Eligible organizations include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, academic health centers, and domestic public or private non-profit entities entities, such as state and local departments of health, faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations.
Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP)-Planning
You can apply if you are a domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entity.

MCH Workforce Development and Training Center
These types of domestic* organizations may apply:
- Public institutions of higher education.
- Non-profit private institutions of higher education.
- Native American tribal governments and organizations that are public or private nonprofit institutions of higher education.
