About the program
Goal 1: Fund CPF/CDS projects that support health-related activities, including training and information technology. Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHRs/EMRs) and telehealth projects are allowable. These projects do not include construction or major alteration/renovation (A/R), as these terms are defined below.Goal 2: Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHRs/EMRs) and telehealth projects are allowable.
Who can apply
Eligible entities are those organizations identified by Congress to receive specific amounts of funding for specific projects under [insert appropriation citations (bill and report)].
